7 Years of Growth

Seven years ago, a young woman and a young man were in love. They desired to spend eternity with one another, so they decided to be sealed together in the Fresno California Temple. They have grown much over the last seven years. They learned a lot more about each other, about responsibility, selflessness, love, and about what matters most. They now have three kids and one on the way. It's safe to say, that this young woman and young man have grown-up a little.

They had fun celebrating their 7th wedding anniversary or their "family birthday" as they like to call it.

They look forward to many more adventures, trials, and opportunities to serve one another and learn together. Seven years past, eternity ahead!

Our 5-year-old Peter

This kid is growing up too fast! We are grateful for our sweet Peter. He is a great big brother and help around the house. He has a fun, crazy, creative, curious, sensitive, and sober disposition. We love him so much and are grateful for the opportunity to have him in our family.

Life in Cedar City

Park Discovery, one of our favorite parks in Cedar.

We have enjoyed being closer to family. We took a weekend trip to California to see family. It was great to be back in Clovis. After so much instability and feeling so unsettled, it was wonderful to be back in our home town. I went for a run on streets I had ran a million times before. It was renewing.

David's parents home here in Cedar City is beautiful. I am grateful for the opportunity to stay in such a comfortable place during this vulnerable period of transition. We have a beautiful view of the mountains here! Something we did miss while living in the mid-west. The kids adapted well enough, but I think we are all ready to be done moving for a while. We have had to decide what to unpack and what not to since we will likely only be here another 1.5 to 2 months. But as I said, we are comfortable enough and we have sure been taken care of.

My view on a run with Hannah.
David running with Peter & Evelyn.
We took a trip up to the Thorley Mountain and our family cabin there. This too was a renewing experience for all of us. We LOVE getting away and enjoying the beauties of nature.
